About
Hi, I'm Jessica and for over 20 years, I had the privilege of helping people look and feel their best as a licensed cosmetologist. Helping others build confidence through beauty has always been my passion. After developing chemical sensitivities following toxic mold exposure, I could no longer continue my career in traditional cosmetology.
While that chapter of my life came to an end, my passion for helping people never did. My own health journey led me down a new path—one of healing, education, and discovering the powerful connection between our environment, nervous system, and overall well-being.
As I searched for answers, I became an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner, Certified Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner (CHt), and health coach so I could better support others navigating their own wellness journeys with compassion, education, and practical tools.
Today, I combine my passion for beauty and wellness by offering holistic cosmetic teeth whitening, clinical hypnotherapy, health coaching, HeartMath® sessions, and mold recovery coaching. Whether you’re looking for a brighter smile, nervous system support, or guidance as you recover from mold exposure, my goal is to help you feel healthier, more confident, and empowered.
For the past several years, I’ve worked with clients both in person and virtually, providing personalized coaching, hypnotherapy, and consulting to help them move forward with hope and practical strategies. My HeartMath® sessions and hypnotherapy are designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, build resilience, and help clients create lasting positive change during times of recovery and personal growth.
My partner, Dennis, shares my passion for creating healthier environments. As the owner of Los Alamos Mold Inspectors, he provides medically informed, professional mold inspections and laboratory testing to help clients identify potential environmental concerns. Together, we offer a unique approach by combining medically informed environmental assessments with personalized wellness coaching, hypnotherapy, and recovery support. While we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, we understand how important a healthy home environment can be and work alongside our clients as they seek answers.
